The Office of the Webmaster has developed a Virtual Assistant for the NuRelm Content Management System. The Assistant will allow users to contact the webteam for NuRelm inquiries and dilemmas. Also, the Virtual Help Desk will serve as a small, self-helping agent for users of the NuRelm Content Management tool.
