Welcome to California University of Pennsylvania Pittsburgh Center.... we are a multipurpose, regional university firmly committed to offering students of widely varied ages, backgrounds, interests and needs, a broad range of educational opportunities and experiences. The off-campus center located in the Regional Enterprise Tower was established to conduct training and other educational activities to attendees pursuing upper level or graduate studies and/or who are employed professionals seeking additional education.
Designed to serve working adults, the Pittsburgh Center offers both credit and noncredit classes and programs through traditional and distance education formats. Center facilities include computer classroom, multimedia lab, and videoconferencing classroom/meeting space.
The following Master's degree programs are offered at the Pittsburgh location in a flexible evening and online format:

- Master of Science in Legal Studies~ Law & Public Policy
- Master of Science in Legal Studies~ Law & Public Policy: Homeland Security Track
- K-12 Administrative Program for Principals with Master's in Education
- Institute for Law and Public Policy - Certificate in Homeland Security
- K-12 Administrative Program for Principals Certification
- Superintendent Letter of Eligibility Program
The Workforce Development Center at Cal U Pittsburgh deployed its customized job training programs in the fall of 2002. Through June 30th, 2006 there have been over 10,174 enrollments in classes designed to enhance worker performance. 90% of these classes were delivered at employee work sites throughout South Western Pennsylvania. These training partners represented over 50 companies in the region’s targeted industry clusters.
Courses are delivered where, when, and how companies need them and in time increments that fit productivity schedules. Moreover, to maintain the highest standards of quality, sound adult learning principles are always applied.
