How to Register

You may register for the S.E.E.K. program by mail, in person, by calling 724-938-5840, or by faxing the registration form to 724-938-5963.

Complete the registration form and return it to California University of Pennsylvania, Office of Lifelong Learning, 250 University Avenue, Box 12, California, PA  15419.  Payment must accompany the registration form.  Payment can be made by check, cash, money order, MasterCard, VISA or Discover.  Be sure to include all credit card information on your registration form.  Do not send cash through the mail.  Make checks payable to California University of PA.

Room locations and directions will be included in your confirmation letter, which you will receive when your registration is processed.

Fees and Refund Policies

The fee for a full week in June or July is as follows:  full week, full day program is $125 per child.  Full week, half day (morning or afternoon) program is $80 per child.  Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.  Class size is limited, so please register early.  Once registered, you will receive a confirmation letter which lists the classroom location.  This must be presented on the first day of class.  Withdrawal from the program must be in writing and received at least 5 working days prior to the start of the program in order to receive a full refund.  No refunds will be issued for withdrawals received after June 15, 2009 for the program beginning June 22, 2009.  No refunds will be issued for withdrawals received after July 13, 2009 for the program beginning July 20, 2009.
