The general psychology concentration focuses on normal and abnormal human and animal behavior and the psychological, social and biological processes related to that behavior. The industrial/organizational concentration provides you with in-depth exposure to the personnel-management area, in other words, students get a better understanding of people at work. Personnel and human resource management experts recognize that understanding human behavior, particularly in regards to organizational dynamics, is essential to understanding economics and business operations.
