The Criminal Justice track of the Legal Studies Master of Science Degree at California University of Pennsylvania serves two primary purposes:
1.       To allow for advanced study of the functions and processes of the American justice system; and
2.       To prepare students for career advancement in the justice system, whether in policing, law, corrections, investigations or human service positions.
The track offers a wide range of courses and an inter-disciplinary approach that prepares graduates for a multitude of opportunities in the criminal and civil justice systems.
This accelerated cohort is offered on the Cal U Global Online Network. The program is housed in the Department of Professional Studies within the College of Science and Technology. Both academics and practitioners whose pedagogy blends theory with practice instruct the program.
