Our Student Self-Services Web site gives you access to your own personal financial aid information. You can quickly review and decline your award offers online without returning any paper to our office. In addition, you can determine if additional financial aid documents or forms are needed in order to finalize your financial aid package for this award year as well as complete a number of electronic loan requirements via this Web site.

Follow these simple steps to access your financial aid information available at this Web site.

Step 1: Log on to the Student Self-Service Web site at https://sisweb.cup.edu , and click on "Enter Student Services."

Step 2: Enter your Campus Wide Student ID number. Students will use this number instead of their social security number to access their own personal information on SISWEB. In addition, the campus ID number will be used by all University offices to secure personal information on file in those offices. When visiting any campus office, please have your CWID number available in order for the staff to assist you. Please remember to keep this number in a secure location in order to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information at California University.

Step 3: Enter your PIN. For first-time users of this site your PIN was sent to you from the Office of Admissions.

Step 4: You will be taken to the Student Services main menu. If you are a first-time, user please click on "Personal Information," and click on "Change PIN." Be sure to keep your PIN in a safe place.

Step 5: Select "Financial Aid" from the list of student service options listed at the top of the page. To review your financial aid awards, select "Award Notification" from the financial aid menu and then select "Award Year."
