Our Student Self-Services Web site gives you access to your own personal financial aid information. First, you can quickly review your most current offers online. Second, you can determine if additional financial aid documents or forms are needed in order to finalize your financial aid package for this award year. Lastly, you can complete a number of electronic loan requirements via this website.

Follow these simple steps to access your financial aid information available at this Web site.

Step 1: Log on to the Student Self-Service Web site at https://sisweb.cup.edu and click on "Enter Student Services."

Step 2: Enter your Student ID. Your Student ID is your SSN (no hyphens or dashes). After entering your SSN, a new campus-wide student ID number will be displayed for future use. Students will use this number instead of their social security number to access their own personal information on SISWEB. In addition, this new campus ID number will be used by all University offices to secure personal information on file in those offices. When visiting any campus office, please have your CWID number available in order for the staff to assist you. Please remember to keep this number in a secure location in order to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information at California University.

Step 3: Enter your PIN. For first-time users of this site your PIN was sent to you from our Office of Admissions.

Step 4: You will be taken to the Student Services Main Menu. If you are a first-time user, please click on "Personal Information" and click on "Change PIN." Be sure to keep your PIN in a safe place.

Step 5: Select Financial Aid from the list of student service options listed at the top of the page. To review your 2009-2010 financial aid awards, select Award Notification from the financial aid menu and then select Award Year 2010. Not all financial aid awards appear on the Award Notification screen. For a complete listing of your 2009-2010 financial aid awards, select Award Information by Year from the financial aid menu at SISWEB.

Before you log on remember to follow these guidelines when reviewing your award information:

• Review each financial aid award message for additional information regarding the award. In some cases, the financial aid award will not be finalized until additional forms are completed.


• If you are accepting the award package as offered, no further action is necessary. However, if you were awarded a Federal Perkins Loan, Federal Work Study and/or Federal SEOG (Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant) for the 2009-2010 academic year and you wish to decline any of these awards, please log into SISWEB as instructed above. Select the "decline" option next to each award you are declining and click the "submit" button.


• If you wish to reduce and/or cancel the amount of your Estimated Federal Stafford Loan(s), you must complete and return the 2009-2010 Stafford Loan Adjustment Form to the Financial Aid Office. Select "Financial Aid" from the list of student service options listed at the top of the page. To review your financial aid awards, select "Award Notification" from the financial aid menu and then select "Award Year."
