CAL-U-PASS
California Unit Professional Assessment System
As a professional education unit, it is important that we have an assessment system that collects and analyzes data on applicant qualifications, candidate and graduate performance, and unit operations to evaluate and improve the performance of candidates, the unit, and it's programs. Here a California University of Pennsylvania, CAL-U-PASS is our assessment system. CAL-U-PASS reflects the standards we set for ourselves in our Conceptual Framework and the standards set by professional organizations to which we report. It is organized around decision points, key assessments, and a system to ensure that data is used to monitor candidate performace and ensure program improvements.
What is CAL-U-PASS?
- This is the system we use to monitor your progress as you move from one level to the next.
- It is the system we use to collect data to report to government agencies and accreditation agencies.
- It is the system we use to examine how well we are doing and where we can make improvements to better help you, the student.
