Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit the website of the College of Education and Human Services at California University of Pennsylvania.  I believe that this site will provide all of the information you need while simultaneously conveying the deep sense of purpose our work and programs supply.  Our distinguished faculty here at Cal U is committed to improving teaching and human development in a diverse, rapidly changing, and increasingly technological society.  Furthermore, our teacher education program is proud to be fully accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).

The college offers excellent professional certification and graduate degree programs in a variety of fields including; early childhood, elementary, secondary (various subjects), special education, and technology education.  In addition, the departments of Academic Development Services, Library of Congress Teaching with Primary Sources, Communication Disorders, Health Science & Sport Studies, and Social Work also provide professional degrees and certificates.  Due to the combining of classroom learning and field experiences, a dynamic community of learners and self assured graduates are born, ready to make an impact on their chosen profession.
