    • A minimum enrollment of 6 credits per term at the undergraduate level
    • Students are not able to receive federal financial aid at two schools for the same semester.

Please note: Failure to withdraw/drop your class(es), and/or failure to attend class(es) including eCollege/Blackboard, and/or failure to make payment DOES NOT dismiss your financial obligation per semester.  You must officially withdraw/drop with the appropriate department in order to determine your financial and academic obligation and penalty per semester.

  • • The Global Online programs are cohort based and the tuition rate is determined by your start term and resident code. If a student drops out of the program/cohort for a term, the original/start rate may no longer be valid and a tuition rate increase may be implemented.

• A student living in University housing (campus dorms) or Vulcan Village and/or
