Financial Aid and Payment Information

Please note: Failure to withdraw/drop your class(es), and/or failure to attend class(es) including eCollege/Blackboard, and/or failure to make payment DOES NOT dismiss your financial obligation per semester.  You must officially withdraw/drop with the appropriate department in order to determine your financial and academic obligation and penalty per semester.

Please note:

A student will be charged all On-Campus fees in addition to any fees that are associated with their program of study if you meet any of the following guidelines:

  • A student living in University housing (campus dorms) or Vulcan Village and/or
  • A student enrolled in one or more on - campus in addition to web classes will be charged the above fees; no exceptions.

Campus fee charges are determined by the campus location of each class for a student’s enrollment during the semester.  If the student enrolls in one class designated on Main campus with the remainder of their classes either at Southpointe or Off- Campus, the student will be charged CAL (main) campus fees.  If a student enrolls in one class designated at Southpointe with the remainder of their classes Off-Campus, the student will pay Southpointe charges.   Students taking all classes on the web or at another campus site, will pay Off-Campus fees.(Effective Fall 2008)
