Program Goals

Professional Skills DevelopmentDemonstrate required skill competencies as defined by the PGA of America relating to club repair and fitting, tournament operations, golf instruction, merchandising and inventory control, as well as golf car fleet management, supervising and delegating, turfgrass management, and food and beverage management.

Professional Image Execute professional attitude, appearance and personality when on internship and in post-graduation workforce.

Clinical Competency Develop the hands-on and conceptual skills needed to succeed and advance in the golf industry within a variety of career paths.

Playing Aptitude Successfully pass the PGA’s Playing Ability Test (PAT) in order to prove on-course proficiency as outlined by the PGA of America.
