Upward Bound

The Upward Bound (UB) program is designed to assist eligible students in completing a program of secondary education and to enter and succeed in a program of post-secondary education. Students are provided with supplemental academic instruction, tutoring, career planning and self awareness classes to help develop those skills.


The Upward Bound program is funded under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 and the Federal TRIO Program.
