    The goal of Pennsylvania's PT3 is to improve Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education teacher education graduates' use of technology in their teaching practices and to integrate technology into their students' learning environment. The Pennsylvania PT3 Grant is changing teacher preparation through the K-16 councils and their community partners. Lesson Plans have gone through an extensive review process.
