Outreach Services

• Provides in-service programs for teachers on technical program competencies, assessment, evaluation, and hands-on academics.
• Provide curriculum development to implement curricular models, make changes in existing courses, and add new courses.
• Provide a comprehensive K-adult career development program.
• Provide professional development for teachers.
• Encourage the development of career centers in high school guidance departments.
• Formulate signed written articulation agreements.
• Serve as liaison to business and industry for secondary schools.
• Create a delivery system focusing on the consulting, designing, developing, and delivering of programs at both the secondary and post secondary levels.
• Provide across the curriculum professional development for teachers from all disciplines.
• Assist with the marketing of technology preparation programs.
• Provide assistance through guidance departments to enable students and parents to choose appropriate career-related programs.
