This is the Electrical Engineering Technology Banner that reads: EET @ Cal U. The banner is combined with their logo of a black and white pyramid.

Facilities

The Electrical Engineering Technology labs are located in the Eberly Science and Technology Center.

EET Analog Lab (EBE 371)

The "linear lab" supports 12 workstations, each with a Windows XP© networked computer with Internet access, Tekronix function generator, Tektronix Digital Phosphorous Oscilloscope, Wavetek digital multimeter and Tenma triple output power supply. Also available are four electric power workstations with a DC motor and generator, single-phase and three-phase AC motors and alternators, transformers and a dynamometer. A laser printer is available for printing lab reports and assignments.

This is a picture from inside the linear lab that shows a single computer at one desk with several pieces of equipment behind it.

Digital / Embedded Systems Lab (EBE 361)

The "digital lab" houses 12 workstations each including a Windows XP© networked computer with Internet access, digital trainer, Agilent mixed-signal oscilloscope/logic analyzer, function generator, power supply and microprocessor emulation support. The 18-channel "MSO" 'scopes facilitate advanced microcontroller system troubleshooting. The PCs host various engineering related software tools including Matlab, Multisim, AutoCAD Electrical, CodeWarrior, and other cross development tools to support embedded systems development. A laser printer is available for printing lab reports and assignments.

This is a general wide shot of the digital lab where you can see two large computer stations, a smalller desk and the professors desk.
