Welcome to Career Services at
California University of Pennsylvania

We would like to inform you about the variety of services and programs available to Cal U students to assist them with making choices about academic majors, exploring careers and gaining a career advantage.

Career Services provides resources to all prospective students, undergraduates, graduate students and alumni to prepare them for life after Cal U. We encourage you to be an active participant!

The Career Advantage Program (CAP) is a four-year plan to help students discover the career path that is a perfect fit for their skills, talents and interests.  This unique program is designed to offer a full range of support and services, allowing students to graduate within the traditional four-year frame.
Use the Career Advantage Decision Tree and Resource Guide
