20th century, Pre-World War II
  • Dixon Hall - 1907
  • ROTC Building built between 1902 and 1907. The first occupants were Principal Theodore Noss and his family.

May 7, 1914 - South-Western Normal College is purchased by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

September 1, 1928 - South-Western Normal College becomes California State Teachers College.
