Are you having a problem with your office PC? Need to have some software installed? Printer is not functioning correctly? Please report these types of problems to the Helpdesk by calling 724-938-5911 or emailing helpdesk@cup.edu. Please do not send these types of emails to our entire department or to a single individual in our department. All issues must be logged into our tracking system by the helpdesk in order to be placed in our workflow. Reporting this problem to someone other than the helpdesk could result in a delay in correcting your issue.
