A. It is recommended that you run Anti-Spyware software on your computer. Windows Defender and Ad-Aware are some examples.
   
Q. How do I run Windows Update in Windows Vista?
A. 1. Click on the 'Start' button.
2. Then choose 'Control Panel' and make sure you are in Classic View.
4. Click the 'Windows Update' Icon.
5. In the upper left, click 'Check for Updates'.
6. Allow Windows Update to run and download any available updates.
   
Q. There was a brief network outage in my building and now it is resolved. Is there anything that I should do?
A. Most of the time, your Internet will start working on its own once an outage is resolved. If it doesn't, please restart your computer and then try it.
